The Office of Facilities Coordination (FCOR) provides and analyzes facilities and land use information to support the decision and planning processes of Texas A&M University and its many constituencies, which includes the TAMU System components headquartered at the College Station Campus and located state wide. ** Authority: The University President has the responsibility to oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of real property and improvements located at the College Station Campus. The President delegates this authority to the Vice President for Facilities and the Executive Associate Provost. The Division of Administration assumes responsibility for administrative oversight for FCOR. For academic space matters, FCOR reports to the Executive Vice-President and Provost in the Division of Academic Affairs. For all other facilities issues, FCOR reports to the Vice President for Administration. FCOR has the authority to process, record, maintain, and provide reports related to the university's space and land use inventory.
